Notes to Applicants:
- Applications must be filled in using the official forms only.
- Applications must be endorsed by your building principal or other district administrator.
- Applications cannot be edited after submission.
- Applications received after the deadline will not be considered.
- Winners will be announced in April at the U.S Bank - A Night of Giving.

The Grafton Education Foundation is eager to award grants to employees of the School District of Grafton who demonstrate a desire to provide innovative, enriching educational experiences for students in the public schools of Grafton.
Following the guidelines, procedures, and deadlines outlined below will ensure that your application receives proper consideration.
What will GEF grants support?
GEF Grants will support initiatives that are beyond the scope of the current operating budget of the School District of Grafton. Applications will be accepted from individual teachers, teams of teachers, department heads, or principals.
Proposals should enhance yet augment the current curricula of the school district and demonstrate a direct impact on student learning.
Once funding has been approved by the GEF and funds dispersed to the School District of Grafton, the GEF relinquishes further responsibility for the items purchased and will not track or replace items purchased with grant funds.
How are GEF grants awarded?
GEF Grants will be awarded based on recommendations made by the Grant Evaluation Committee of the GEF. Applications will be evaluated for their educational merit and impact, project planning, and grantsmanship.
